Will Sony Ericsson Choose WinMo in Upcoming Phone

Although we are still not sure which one the manufacture will choose, Google Android, WinMo or S60, but there are some rumors out there talking about this issue. The recently rumors say that Sony Ericsson will also launch WinMo based smartphone in future. The other previous rumor says that the upcoming phone of Sony Ericsson will be on Android that will be released at the end of this year. Regarding S60 based phone, SE has released Idou with its 12 Mpx.

The high end phone line of Sony Ericsson, Xperia, has launched its X1 based on WinMo. No word about the next edition, X2, whether it will use WinMo too. An interview from Ted Morgan, CEO of LBS-company Skyhook, stated that X2 will use Google geolocation data. However, that info can not be confirmed. No info regarding X2 from Sony Ericsson, even Idou’s model number.
